Hazelnut Crusted Elk Schnitzel (4pack)
ingredients: Alberta farm raised Elk, flour, whole egg, hazelnuts, bread crumbs, juniper ground, salt, ground white pepper
suggestion: serve with Egg Spätzle, Red wine demi-glace or Hunter Sauce, vegetables or salad
cooking instructions: remove schnitzel from bag, separate pieces and thaw. Heat canola oil to 350F and deep fry till golden brown.
